Frank Miller Awarded John S. Foster Medal

Our congratulations to Scowcroft Group Principal, Frank Miller, who has been awarded the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory's 2024 John S. Foster Medal for his "significant and noteworthy contributions" to U.S. national security. He will receive the medal at a ceremony in Livermore on October 30.
